Zen Hair does not store or have access to your full credit card information.   All card data is securely stored and encrypted by our booking software, Phorest, and its PCI‑DSS compliant payment processor.

Phorest provides Zen Hair with a secure token, which allows us to:

• Charge deposits
• Process cancellation fees
• Confirm bookings

This token does not reveal your actual card number, expiry date, or security code. All payment processing is handled through Phorest’s secure systems.

To secure online appointments, Zen Hair may require a 50% deposit based on the total value of services booked. This deposit is processed securely through Phorest’s payment system and credited toward your final appointment total. Deposits are subject to our cancellation and rescheduling policy.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share limited information only with:

• Phorest (for booking and secure payment processing)
• Payment processors (for transactions)
• Marketing platforms (only if you have opted in)
