I am a Lifelong local of Brisbane. I have been providing the Brisbane community with fabulous hair for Most of my Life. 27 years to be exact! 

Before we created Zen Hair I managed David Jones hair salons over multiple sites. 

When I am not creating fabulous hair, I love being at home and pottering around my garden & house, I also enjoy being outdoors at the beach and camping. 

I would describe myself as Creative, Courageous and Complicated! :)

My Life Moto is. “I don't want to waste a day”!

NZ Born, Australia is home! Myself & my husband Gary created Zen Hair 20 years ago.

 Our foundation and success have been built from creating community and family from our staff & clients. 

When I am not running the salon, I love to build and do landscaping. One of my hobbies has been collecting valuable coins since I was 8 years old.

I would describe myself as Complex, Multi layered lad with a wicked sense of humor.

My Love for hair started when I was 8 I had my own appointment with my mums stylist at John le Court. I took a picture of Natalie Imbruglia and said i wanted that cut! After that I made a “hair mag” folder of amazing cuts I wanted to try. 

I got a Tea & Tidy job after year 12. 19 years later I am still living my best life as a stylist & educator.

I describe myself as nurturing & my friends would describe me as Hilarious, Loving, Chill, easy going, amazing, a safe space to vent too.

I’m a natural Blonde and get foils to keep it fresh and bright so dryness is always a thing I am trying to control.

 Thailand born & grew up in NZ in a disadvantaged area. This created a passion in me to always want to better myself and help others who have had a rough start.  I am known for my friendly humble nature, but don’t get on my bad side. :) 

My hobbies outside of the salon are to meditate, get lost on an open road on my Motorcycle, spend time with my family, Be in Nature & by the water. 

I also love anything physical like gym, Muay Thai & Running. My personal hair challenge is that I am losing it! :)

I always knew I wanted to be a hairdresser from a very young age. My personal hair challenge is my Cowl Lick, One side always sits better than the other. 

My passions outside of the salon are reading & writing Romance Novels. I spend my spare time sleeping, camping and hanging out with family & friends.

My friends would describe me as easy going, fun & Kind. Id describe myself as awkward at first, but once I find common ground I won't stop talking!

 I spent my childhood in Valla beach near Coffs Harbour. When I was a kid, I was always changing up my brats' dolls hair, so I'd say my interest in hair started there.

I would describe myself as one of a kind with a big heart. my favourite thing to do on my days off is spending quality time with the people closest to me. 

My hobbies outside of hairdressing are having adventures and doing anything creative. My friends would describe me as Crazy. Loyal and goofy. 

My personal hair challenge is styling my natural wavy hair.
